2. 업무흐름
- 체인점 5개 운영중인 순대국 전문점입니다. 본격적으로 사업을 하고자 식품제조업 허가를 받고
자체 공장 허가를 받아 생산설비를 갖추었습니다.
제조업은 수불대장 생산일지 등을 매일 기록하게 되어 있어 한번에 처리하고 싶습니다.
매입처로부터 원자재(돼지사골, 내장, 목전지, 돼지머리)를 받아서 삶거나 끓인 후 포장하여
각 체인점으로 들어가는 방식입니다.
이럴 경우 구비해야 되는 서류 들이 한번에 정리될 수 있으면 좋겠습니다.
