급여 관리 시스템 문의

2. 예산 100~200 가능, 확인후 추가 비용 소모도 가능
현재 제조업으로 직원은 3천명 정도 되며, 나이지리아의 법을 따르고 있습니다.
현재는 매일 근무일지를 직원들이 작성하면 인사부로 제출해서 이를 컴퓨터로 옮기는 작업을 진행합니다.
그리고 매월 기준 시간 160시간 혹은 168시간을 기준으로 1시간 당 단위시간을 계산하여 급여를 지급하고 있습니다.
급여는 3가지로 조정되며 베이직, 주거비, 차량비가 모두 추가되어 급여가 됩니다. 그 외에도 지위할당비, 추가 수당 등
기타 급여가 존재합니다.
때문에 근무 기록등을 매일 기록하는 어려움을 줄이고, 급여 산정을 빨리 할 수 있는 시스템을 희망하고 있습니다.
현재 엑셀은 2007버전을 사용하고 있으며, 현지 직원들의 컴퓨터 스킬이 좋지 못한 바 단순하게 영어로 제작된 시스템이 필요합니다.
