1)업무흐름 및 기존 업무방식

귀금속 수리업체로서 지점과 수리공장에서 고객이 의뢰한 수리물품이 입고되면 지점에서 의뢰된 물품은 본사를 거쳐 공장에서 수리가 진행됩니다. 수리 후 지점으로 보내지고요.

※ 수리물품은 본사에서 판매한 귀금속이 아니고 모든 귀금속에 대한 수리를 받습니다.

2)자동화하고 싶은 업무
*본사, 수리공장, 지점의 3곳이 연동되어 시스템이 보여져야 하고 본사와 공장은 PC, 지점은 모바일 사용을 기본으로 합니다.

본사는 지점과 공장을 모두 볼 수 있어야하고 관리합니다.

지점과 공장은 각각 해당하는 지점별의 내용만 볼수 있으며

공장도 해당하는 내용만 볼 수 있습니다.

결산은 각 지점별의 결산과 모든 지점의 총결산내역이 반영되어야하며

- 지점별 수리내역: 건당 세부내역, 일별, 월별, 연도별, 수리종류별 등으로 검색가능.

- 수리비용은 소비자가, 지점산출가, 수리원가, 지점마진 등으로 구성되어야 하며, 소비자가와 지점산출가가 다른 경우 차액이 별도 계산되어야 함.
