(주)아미고디자인은 정부출연기관 , 관공서, 부처 등의 홍보 인쇄물, 단행본, 기타 출판물을 디자인 제작하고 있는 회사입니다.
업무 프로세스 : 디자인 시안--> 디자인 편집 --> 제작(인쇄)--> 납품
거래처 (인쇄소 등)에서 종이 및 제작하여 납품합니다.
2) 기존의 업무 방식
기존에는 나라장터, 나라빌, 홈텍스에서 세금계산서를 발급하여 매출과 매입이 한곳에 모아지기가 힘듭니다.
3) 자동화하고 싶은 업무
매출을 한곳에 모으고 싶습니다.
매입(제작비에 대한 상세 목록 지출(지류, 인쇄제작비, 기타)목록을 작성하여
순이익계산까지 자동화하고 싶습니다.
한 눈에 매출과 매입을 분기별로 보고싶습니다.
또한 제작하고 남은 물품재고파악까지 가능했으면 좋겠습니다.
