1)업무흐름 및 기존 업무방식
저희 가 지금쓰고있는 엑셀파일을 보내드릴테니 이런느낌이라는 걸로 사용한다는걸로 알았으면좋겠습니다사모님과 제가 사용할 외상장부여서 기능이 여러가지 많다기보단 간단하고 단결하게검색하면 딱나오고 외상쓸때 간단하게 정리해서 저장하는 기능으로 원합니다
2)자동화하고 싶은 업무
*지역(이름) 검색후 외상 금액표기*날짜마다 외상 금액에 입금 금액표기후 자동으로 계산방식
*단가 ,수량 을 적으면 금액에 자동표기+선택영역 인쇄 할시 계좌번호 표기
+연도별 미수금 정리 총 미수금 표기는 잔액표기에 표시해두됨
+사모님이 관리후 엑셀파일을 저장하는걸 클릭후 다른선택 다른화면이뜨면 실수로 저장이안된상태가많습니다 상시 클릭 화면칸에 저장하기 누르는칸을 크게만들어 매번 장부정리후 저장하기를 누를수있게끔 버튼이있었으면좋겠습니다
+백업기능과 복원기능있는지 여쭤보고싶습니다
