1)업무흐름 및 기존 업무방식
저희는 기름을 정제 하는 업체입니다.
현재 엑셀로 메일 정리 하고있는데 비효율적으로 사용하고 있는것 같아 신청하게됬습니다.
생각보다 많은 거래처가 없기때문에 자주 않나가는 거래처도 기입되어 갈수록 글씨가 조금해져 보기도 어렵고 한눈에 파악하기가 어렵습니다.
그리고 고객처 관리를 따로 하고있지 않습니다.
현재 엑셀에서 란은 업체- 제품- 출고량kg- 누고 -단가 - 총금액- 잔액
2)자동화하고 싶은 업무
*1일 매출을 보기,사용하기 쉽게 사용하고싶습니다.
*단가가 수시로 바뀌고 오래 거래 안한 고객은 일일매출 보고에 안나오게 적용하고싶습니다.
*고객처 관리로 단가가 언제 변경되었는지 어제 얼마나 또 중요한 메모가 가능한지 해서 사용하고싶습니다.
