강원도청소년활동진흥센터 강릉분소는 강원도 영동지역 7개 시군의 청소년수련시설 및 관련 기관을 지원하는 기관으로 지역에 청소년정책을 활성화 하고 지원하는 역할을 하는 비영리 기관입니다.
업무자동화 사항은 현재 저희가 7개 시군에서 청소년활동을 전개하는 청소년 수련시설 및 관련기관을 지원하기 위해 정기적으로 실시하는 방문을 통해 다양한 기관 현황을 파악하고 있고, 기관 관리를 진행해 오고 있는 바, 이를 자동화 하여 관리하고자 하는 사항입니다.
각 지역의 담당자들이 지역기관을 방문하고 지속적인 자료 업데이트를 통해 기관의 운영현황(기초자료, 직원현황, 사업추진사항 등을 기술한 자료) 및 변화 등을 파악해 나가고자 하며, 상시 기관들의 현황이 관리될 수 있도록 시스템을 갖춰 나가고자 합니다.
기본적인 기관현황 입력툴은 파일 청소년기관현황조사표에 준해 기록하고,
기관방문 후 기관의 총괄적 운영사항, 요구사항등은 파일 출장결과보고 양식의 붙임 부분처럼 기록해서 관리하고 있으며,
방문사항을 다시 기관별로 시트를 작성 관리하는 방법으로 진행하고 있습니다. (양식은 구양식으로 방식만 참고바람 파일 2013원주기관방문결과 )
입력된 사항들이 각 기관별로 관리되고, 또한 각 기관의 자료들이 파일 2018 영동지역내 청소년수련시설처럼 관리되었으면 합니다.
