1)업무흐름 및 기존 업무방식
친환경으로 벼농사를 짓고 있는 영농조합입니다.
소농을 중심으로 7명에서 110여명으로 조합원이 증가하다보니 수기로 작성하는 것에
오류도 많아지고 실수가 발생합니다.
조합원 기본 인적 사항 외 출자금, 신청필지 관리도 어려운데 해마다 사용하는 자재사용내역도
다양해 개별적으로 정확한 정산업무가 필요해지고 있습니다.
2)자동화하고 싶은 업무
*조합원 관리 카드(인적사항, 출자금 현황, 연도별 인증면적 및 세부필지, 인증시기, 직불금 여부 등)
*연도별 친환경 인증 필지 관리(경작현황)
*친환경 자재 구매 내역 및 개별 정산서 출력
기후위기 대응활동으로 농부들이 가장 잘 할 수 있는 실천활동으로 건강한 토양을 위한 친환경 벼농사를 짓고 수확하여 부천시 학교급식으로 쌀을 공급하고 있습니다. 농사만 짓느라 행정적인 일들을 처리하는게 너무 어려워 자꾸 포기하고 싶어지는 시점에 맞춤엑셀 쿠키를 만나 반가웠습니다.
